It won't taste flat. The usual complaint about reverse osmosis is that it strips everything out and the water tastes like nothing. This system adds calcium and magnesium back after filtration and balances the pH.
You can see it working. The faucet has a live readout of dissolved solids in your water, and tells you when a filter is due. You're not taking our word for it.

Two things can change the price: if there's no power outlet under the sink we add one, and if your counter has no spare hole for the faucet we drill one (granite and quartz take longer). We tell you before we start — not after.
Why not just buy the unit online?
You can. Then you need a plumber to fit it, possibly an electrician, a hole drilled in your counter, and someone to call when something leaks. Our price is the system, the master plumber, the work, and a phone number that answers.
